Hi, I'm Monica. I speak English...but that's not always evident.

Sometimes I'm received with the "I don't speak Spanish" face, which is not the most welcoming experience.

I've realized that once I speak English, kindness often returns and connection finds its way. 

But it doesn't have to be in that order. You can create connection even before you know the language of a person.

I've lived in Ecuador, Brazil, Japan and the US. In 2012 and 2013 I traveled around South America. I've coached people of over 15 countries and cultivate friendships across the globe. 

Most importantly, I've helped individuals and organizations connect cross-culturally, and gain friends, employees and customers. 

I will be teaching you the same framework I use to connect with someone from another culture, and even another language. Come this Thursday, Sept 17th to the Bartholomew County Public Library and see your "connection muscle" grow at the end of the session.
